The late 1990s. A snowy outpost on the Lebanese border. A group of soldiers is trapped in an ongoing wartime routine while dreaming of love, sex, and intimacy, and yearning for the normal lives of young people their age. Against the backdrop of a harsh, testosterone-filled masculine atmosphere, a stormy and touching love story unfolds between Yossi and Jagger, two officers forced to keep their love secret. Between the pastoral expanses of the snowy Hermon and the suffocating bunker at the outpost, the exhausted soldiers struggle for their personal identities and for the right to break free, love, live, and choose.
