Just as we prepare for childbirth, it's equally important to prepare for breastfeeding.

Breastfeeding is a natural process, but natural doesn't always mean easy. Many mothers find that breastfeeding is one of the most significant challenges in the postpartum period.

During the moments when you are still recovering from childbirth, a little baby who is entirely dependent on you joins your life. The first few days are a crucial period for establishing breastfeeding, and early familiarity with what to expect can make a big difference - providing confidence, reducing fears, and helping to properly deal with challenges that might arise.

You are invited to a breastfeeding preparation meeting where we will discuss what is truly important to know before childbirth, understand what to expect in the first few days, talk about breastfeeding positions, necessary equipment, warning signs, pumping, engorgement, and much more...

By the end of the meeting, you'll leave with practical tools that will help you start your journey with confidence and calmness.

The circle is intended for pregnant women. You can (and are encouraged to) come with your partner.

Price per meeting: 80 NIS.
