A simple and flowing practice, in sync with your breath, that takes into account all our layers – physical, emotional, mental, and energetic.
Come practice Vinyasa yoga under the guidance of Dor Amram!
Vinyasa is characterized by the synchronization of movement with breath, relatively short holds of poses, and a dynamic flow between poses.
The style of practice will be adjusted to the practitioners and their needs on that day in terms of difficulty level, energy level, and physical capabilities.
