Two meetings with Gal Kolug where we will learn how to cope with the cost of living and create change in the nearby environment. We will explore ways to share knowledge and promote local initiatives in North Tel Aviv. Participation is limited and intended for young people in their 20s and 30s.
Following the event "How Much Does It Cost Us?" with Gal Kolug, we invite young men and women from the northern part of the city to join a small and intimate follow-up group.
In two sessions, we will delve into topics that emerged during the event and explore how personal challenges can be turned into shared strength. We will learn ways to share knowledge, connect people, and promote local actions and initiatives around the cost of living.
No prior knowledge or prepared idea is needed, just an interest in the topic and a desire to meet others, think and act together.
The group is held in partnership with the Youth Unit of the Tel Aviv–Jaffa Municipality and Social Justice Centers. The connection aims to build a young, connected, and engaged community in the northern city and provide tools to act together on issues that affect our daily lives.
What will we do in the sessions?
- Share experiences and challenges related to the cost of living
- Explore how personal knowledge can be turned into collective strength
- Familiarize ourselves with simple tools for community action
- Think about small local initiatives that can be promoted together
The execution of a joint local community initiative is a condition for participation. Suitable for those who want and see themselves acting in the field. :)
