Menahem Center 150, in collaboration with Meuhedet Health Services, invites pregnant women and their partners to an evening of preparation for childbirth and breastfeeding. This evening will provide knowledge, confidence, and tools for the childbirth process and the days following it. The event will be led by Marina Greenberg Tzafrir, Head Nurse at Meuhedet.
**Preparation Evening for Birth and Breastfeeding**
Menachem 150 Center, in collaboration with Meuhedet Health Fund, invites pregnant women and their partners to an evening of preparation for birth and breastfeeding. This event will provide you with knowledge, confidence, and tools for one of the most significant moments in life.
In the session, we will discuss the birth process, the first days afterward, the start of breastfeeding, important tips for organizing before birth, and what you need to know to arrive more prepared and calm.
**Facilitator:** Marina Greenberg Tzafrir, Manager of the Women's Health Center Pincus Tel Aviv of Meuhedet, Midwife, and Breastfeeding Consultant.
