The work of Dor Regev deals with the interplay of control and choice between a voice from the past, a frantic individual, and spectators. A circus performance examines the power dynamics among voice, body, and object. It explores the dilemmas between determinism and free will in an open space.
Additional details: The creation of Dor Regev - A man, a chair, and viewers encounter a voice from the past, within a constant game of control and choice. A voice from the past gives instructions. A man runs around the space trying to follow them. Viewers are forced to exercise judgment. A ball does not understand how it ended up in this situation again. A contemporary circus performance that examines the power relations between voice, body, and object, between determinism and free will, in a space where permission is given and everything is predestined.
