A musical drama about the extraordinary story of the members of the Paper Brigade, who risked their lives to save the spiritual treasures of the Jewish people in the heart of the Vilna Ghetto, under the eyes of the Nazis. Avraham Sutzkever, Shmerke Kaczerginski, and a group of creators and fighters known as the "Paper Brigade" operated day after day, risking their lives to smuggle, rescue, and hide rare Jewish cultural treasures—manuscripts, works of art, books, and songs—before they disappeared from the world.
