The workshop offers women a practical and empowering space to acquire knowledge, tools, and confidence in managing household and family finances, with the aim of strengthening economic independence and a sense of competence. During the sessions, participants will learn to deeply understand their income and expenditure patterns, build a balanced family budget, set clear financial goals, and develop skills for short and long-term financial planning. Additionally, the workshop addresses women's relationships with money, dealing with banks and credit cards, understanding pension areas, provident funds, study funds, mortgages, and insurances, as well as tools for dealing with debts, preventing their accumulation and exploring opportunities to increase family income. All of this is taught practically to enable participants to make informed financial decisions, create economic stability, and manage wisely and responsibly in the face of economic life challenges.

The organization meets women on the "day after" the violence - when they wish to open a new chapter in life yet still face problems and crises resulting from the complex life circumstances they have experienced; "Ruach Nashit" works to provide women with a real opportunity to build safe and better lives for themselves and their children through employment and economic empowerment programs across the country, with an emphasis on creating a personal plan tailored to each woman's needs and challenges.

This workshop provides women a practical and empowering space to acquire the knowledge, tools, and confidence necessary for managing family and household finances, aiming to enhance economic independence and a sense of ability and competence. During the meetings, participants will learn to deeply understand their income and expense patterns, build a balanced family budget, set clear financial goals, and develop financial planning skills for short and long terms. The workshop also covers the topic of women's relationship with money, mechanisms for dealing with banks and credit cards, familiarity with retirement areas, savings funds, provident funds, housing loans (mortgages), and various insurances, in addition to tools for managing debts, preventing their accumulation, and studying possibilities for increasing family income. All these contents are delivered practically and applicably to enable participants to make informed and studied financial decisions, achieve economic stability, and handle various financial challenges wisely and responsibly.
