Join us for a tour dedicated to an in-depth acquaintance with the local wildlife and the development of birdwatching skills in the field. The tour is intended for adults who wish to expand their knowledge of local ecology and become familiar with the variety of bird species inhabiting the urban space and surrounding nature. During the tour, we will learn how to identify birds using various field signs: body structure, feather colors, flight patterns, calls and songs, and the unique behaviors of each species.
In accordance with the summer season and the month of August, we will examine the ecological processes characteristic of this period. We will learn how birds cope with heat stress, what strategies help them survive in local climatic conditions, and discover fascinating processes that occur after the nesting season, such as molting and preparation for the coming seasons.
This is a tour that combines knowledge, observation, and field experience, providing practical tools for identifying birds and understanding the ecological system surrounding us. Participants will receive guides as gifts and binoculars for the tour.
