We invite children to two hours of creation at the Liebling House studio, an open space for activity that offers creation as a tool through which one can explore, learn, and experience the world.
During the activity at the studio, we implement the pedagogy practiced at our City School, which focuses on developing thinking processes through action and personal interest: while creating, thinking processes are formed, understanding deepens, and we are open to think, learn independently, and realize our ideas with curiosity about our environment. In the studio, we develop and practice skills for independent creation using unique materials and tools, without parental presence, guided by professionals from the fields of architecture, design, and art.
The activity is intended for children aged 6 and up.
The studio team:
Ronnie Raviv, a graduate of art studies from the Shenkar Multidisciplinary Art School and a master's degree in Education and Art from Goldsmiths, University of London. Develops and conducts courses, workshops, and projects that aim to create a profound encounter between people and materials and enable independent and dynamic learning.
Michal David, a graduate of the Architecture Department at Bezalel. Creates using sculpture techniques and craftsmanship, considering the urban space and environment, and believes in creative curiosity and surprising discoveries in materials.
Omer Schach, a graduate of art studies from the Shenkar Multidisciplinary Art School. Engaged in painting, sculpture, and printmaking. Exhibited in a solo exhibition at Liebling House and in dual and group exhibitions in various galleries. Strives to develop flexibility in his students in practical and conceptual creation tools, transitioning between two-dimensional and three-dimensional, while having fun.
Yuli Merose, a graduate of the Industrial Design Department at Bezalel, creator of the O Peel brand, designer, researcher, and developer of thought lines through the disassembly and assembly of living materials like fruit peels; creates artistic and design objects with new value and conducts workshops.
