Roni Hadash is a creator, dancer, and teacher of contemporary dance whose work focuses on an in-depth exploration of the body, delving into its various joints and weights.
You are invited to morning classes where we will immerse ourselves in the physical language Roni works with. The class is based on the release technique, aiming to release muscle mass, unnecessary tensions, and aesthetic designs, in order to move organically and jointedly, concentrating on how we push the floor and lean on it.
