Details for a route combining history, water, and mountainous landscapes. We will start the route at Nimrod Fortress, a Mamluk fortress controlling the road from Damascus to Israel. From there, we will walk down to the Banias Nature Reserve and continue on a hiking trail following the stream until reaching the settlement of Sha'ar Yeshuv. Additionally, we will clean the trail as part of a cleanup operation. Participation in volunteer activities costs 50 NIS, which entitles the participant to a discount for a trip to Superland. Departure is at 8:00 AM, and return is at 6:00 PM. The activity is intended for students entering 6th grade and above.
