A mystery comedy about a spiritual retreat that turns into a crime scene. The play is at the Cameri Theater, Tel Aviv.
After the success of Love and Pandemic, Bat-Chen Sabag and Irad Rubinstein return with a killer comedy that will open your chakras: A dubious tycoon invites all his friends to a spiritual retreat in an isolated villa as part of the transformation he has undergone. Apprehensions and skepticism arise, memories surface, tempers flare, and those around him are drawn into a whirlwind of intrigue, lies, mystery, ice baths—and one corpse.
Yoni Berman, a tycoon with a dubious past, invites his close friends to a desert retreat in an isolated villa to celebrate his fortieth birthday, as part of the spiritual transformation he is undergoing.
The program includes ice baths, meditations, and a variety of treatments for body and soul. The friends, who doubt Yoni’s ability to change, derail the entire event within its first few minutes and decide to disperse, each returning home. But then a storm breaks out, trapping everyone within the walls of the isolated villa. Suddenly, the lights go out—and one of the guests is found dead.
The retreat becomes a crime scene. As nature rages outside and tension rises inside, each person present becomes a potential suspect—and perhaps the next victim.
Who will survive the night?
