Traditional Kung Fu training for adults on Tuesdays in October at the Mandel Center. The training lasts an hour and a half and combines strength, flexibility, combat techniques, and qigong.
For ages 18 and up. Training duration: one and a half hours.
Morning training on Tuesdays in October, on the following dates: October 6, October 13, and October 20.
The training combines work on strength, flexibility, posture, coordination, and concentration, alongside developing awareness of the body, breathing, and inner energy.
During the training sessions, we will learn martial arts techniques—punches, kicks, and blocks; partner work; traditional forms; qigong exercises; and work with traditional weapons.
The practice combines external and internal work: on the one hand, strengthening the body, speed, and power; and on the other hand, breathing, concentration, calm, and control of movement.
Led by Saar Klamperer—a certified kung fu instructor with 36 years of experience in martial arts, a graduate of the Avichai Center, and a certified group facilitator.
