A 45-minute developmental support session for mothers and babies, according to developmental milestones: rolling over, crawling, sitting, and standing.

Each session focuses on movement, touch, and hands-on practice appropriate to the baby’s age and developmental stage.

10:30–11:15 | 3½ to 6 months — rolling over and preparation for crawling
11:25–12:10 | 6 to 9 months — belly crawling and crawling on all fours
12:20–13:05 | 9 to 12 months
13:15–14:00 | 1 to 3½ months — newborn stage
