Indian Cooking Workshop

Anyone who has encountered Indian culture—whether on a trip through this vast country or during a visit to an Indian restaurant—cannot remain indifferent to the uniqueness and flavors of Indian cuisine. The Indian cooking workshop was designed by Chef Shlomi Peleg, who specializes in Indian cuisine and was, among other things, the chef of the “24 Rupees” restaurant in Tel Aviv. The workshop is adapted to the Israeli palate and taste, and is vegetarian (also suitable for vegans by prior arrangement).
