Classic Tour - City Elevation

On this tour, you will discover the city from a surprising artistic perspective and gain a deep understanding of the connection between artistic creation and the urban space that inspires it.

First-time visitors to the museum now receive two tours for the price of one: both the permanent collection and the new exhibition, which complement each other to offer a rich, multi-layered, and thought-provoking experience.

During the guided tour, we will encounter works from the "City Stories" collection, delve into David Polonsky’s Symphaty, uncover the stories behind Dizengoff’s Office and Leo Shine’s Office 11, and travel back in time with Zohar Gotsman’s Sand Tale and his work Tel.

We will ask together:
What is the relationship between an urban story collection and contemporary visual art?
Why are there two municipal offices in the heart of the museum?
How does art tell the story of the city not just as it was, but as it continues to evolve?
