Ashtanga Mysore classes by Odem Leibowitz and Odelia Atlasovitz are based on the traditional method and offer a space for personal practice. Through breath, movement, and personal guidance, practitioners are invited to develop a stable practice at their own pace.
“Yoga is free from everything. Yoga is like an ocean, and we only take a few buckets of water from it. It is very important to teach yoga. Any knowledge we accumulate is not meant to stay with us, but to be spread. It must spread and benefit others.” — Jois Sharath
Odelia Atlasovitz and Odem Leibovitz traveled to study Ashtanga Yoga in its birthplace — in Mysore, India, to receive traditional teachings from their source. Since their first lesson, they have fully committed to daily practice. They are coming to Israel for one month and would be happy to share their knowledge and experiences.
