The Urban Renewal House of Azorim and Beztar is inviting you to a lecture on special properties in urban renewal, as part of the 2026 lecture series. The lecture will be delivered by Attorney Itamar Penz, on the topic of characteristics of commercial transactions and evacuation-construction.
As part of our 2026 lecture series, we are pleased to invite you to a lecture on the topic of special assets in urban renewal.
Everyone knows what to expect from a demolition and renovation project: a new apartment, a balcony, etc. But what happens when your asset in the building is a store, office, or clinic? The rules of the game change completely.
In this lecture, we will discuss the specifics of commercial transactions, present real-world examples, and offer practical recommendations.
The lecture will be delivered by attorney Itamar Fentz, head of the Urban Renewal Department and partner at Salomon Lipschitz & Co., vice chairman of the Israel Bar Association, and chairman of the Bar Association's Urban Renewal Committee.
The lecture is being held in cooperation with the Israel Bar Association.
The lecture is open to residents of Tel Aviv-Yafo and is free, but advance registration is required.
