Yana Darom – with the captivating lecture “How to Cultivate Joy in Life?”

Tuesday, 15.12.26, 20:00
HaShדרה 50 Hall, 50 Yaakov Boulevard, Rishon LeZion

Admission: only NIS 89.

Yana Darom is a fashionista, tireless blogger, and one-of-a-kind business entrepreneur. In a unique lecture, she will leave you anything but indifferent.

How do you cultivate joy in life?

It turns out that this is not a luxury—it can be learned at any age.
And yes, it predicts success and is directly connected to our personal and organizational resilience.

In an energetic lecture where you will not know whether to laugh or cry first, Yana shares stories from her life that make you shift in your seat and feel that life is happening here and now—and that the choice is ours alone.

Over the course of an hour that passes far too quickly, Yana strengthens employees’ and managers’ ability to cope with personal, family, and professional challenges.

Yana introduces a new concept that has recently emerged in happiness research—the distress quotient—which has been found to predict success in effectively coping with situations of uncertainty, and shows how it can be leveraged to our advantage.

In a relaxed encounter, Yana manages to win over even the last of the cynics and complainers (or, as Yana calls them, the remnants of bitterness), and honestly and humorously builds, step by step, the path to choosing a joyful life—even when reality is falling apart into pieces… She shows how hot sand, ten fingers, and a cup of coffee can create a revolution of joy.

Yana Darom provides plenty of food for thought. In short, as a personal recommendation—don’t miss it.

We look forward to seeing you.
