We will learn how the brain, memory, and balance work together, and how proper training can help improve stability and reduce the risk of falls. We will practice simple exercises that can be performed at home to enhance concentration, balance, and daily functioning.

Target audience: Men and women aged 60+.
A short survey will be conducted on-site, including personalized feedback on walking speed, attention span, and cognitive functioning, compared to a healthy population of a similar age group.
