Entry Requirements & Strollers
Shoes: Entry to the playroom is shoe-free. Parents are required to wear socks (if you forgot, you can purchase a pair on-site for 14 NIS).
Strollers: For those arriving with strollers, there is a stroller parking area outside the complex. Please bring a lock to secure the stroller.

Special Space for Infants: Birth to 1 year old.
Space for Ages 1–3: Includes developmental toys, age-appropriate variety of toys, a reading corner, and other games.
Workshops and Activities: Spaces for parent groups, according to announcements.
Professional Team: Staff specializing in occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy, and child development, who accompany parents and answer questions during play.
Private Consultation Room: Available through our professional team by prior appointment to guide and instruct parents.
Parent Amenities: Coffee time for parents and a feeding area suitable for children (for light meals).
Facilities: Adjacent restrooms and changing tables.

Sunday–Thursday & Saturday:
Morning Shift: 9:30 – 12:00
Afternoon Shift: 13:00 – 15:30
Evening Shift: 16:00 – 18:30
Friday: 9:00 – 13:30
Note: On August 29, 2025, the shift runs from 11:30 – 13:30.
Tickets & Pricing
Additional Companions (Friday & Saturday): Entry for one additional companion (only one) requires a fee of 10 NIS (purchase on-site via credit card/cash). Any further companions must purchase a ticket in advance on the website at full price.
Target Audience: Ra'agim Playroom is intended for children up to 3 years old only.
Sunday–Thursday: The ticket is valid for one toddler and one adult companion over 18. Any additional companion/toddler beyond this must purchase a ticket in advance on the website at full price.
Ramat Gan Residents: Entry for residents of Ramat Gan requires presentation of proof of residency for the child or one of the parents (ID card, tax bill, electricity bill, etc.).
Cancellation: Cancel tickets up to 24 hours before the activity.
House Rules & Safety
Cleanliness: As part of a joint educational process for parents and children, we invite you to start cleaning up the toys and returning them to their place when the closing song "Games and Chaos" plays, approximately 10 minutes before the end of the shift. Your cooperation contributes to order and creates a pleasant space for everyone. Thank you!
Allergies: We accommodate children with life-threatening allergies. Therefore, due to the risk of allergens, please do not bring to Ra'agim: snacks of any kind, dairy products, eggs, peanuts, fish, sesame, nuts, legumes, or any food that may contain these components.
Health: If you or your baby do not feel well, please stay home to rest and protect the health of yourself and others.
Maintenance: A general cleaning takes place in the space after each shift. We ask for your help in maintaining our playroom as an environment conducive to development and health.
