Important Instructions for Business Owners and Changes to Traffic Arrangements

• The sale of beverages in glass bottles is prohibited.
• Alcohol may be sold only inside the business, and only in plastic cups.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring knives out to diners’ tables on the terraces.
• Only plastic knives may be used.
• Tables, sales stands, or cooking equipment may not be placed outside—either by shops or food businesses.

On the event days, Wednesday–Thursday, August 26–27, 2026, from 14:30 until midnight, the following streets will be closed to traffic and parking:

• Herzl Street, from Masmilansky to Dizengoff
• Dizengoff Street, from Sheshet HaYamim to Remez
• Ussishkin Street, from Kramnian Alley to Gad Makhnes
• Gad Makhnes Street, along its entire length
• HaRav Kook Street, from Bialik to the entrance to Herzl Pedestrian Mall
• King David Street, from Park Hotel to the end of Gad Makhnes
• Stampfer Street, along its entire length
• HaMeyasdim Street, along its entire length

From August 25 at 10:00 until midnight on August 27, parking will be prohibited on the following streets:

• Herzl Street, from Stampfer–HaMeyasdim westward
• Dizengoff Street, numbers 24–31
• HaRav Kook Street, numbers 2–4 and 1–5
• Ussishkin Street, from Rishon LeZion to Independence Square
• Gad Makhnes Street, numbers 1–5
• King David Street, from Bialik to Independence Square

Entry to and exit from parking areas on the closed streets will not be possible, including private building parking areas.

Vehicles parked on prohibited streets will be towed starting at 23:00. For details, contact the 106 hotline.

Please note: The event is fully accessible, including entrances, viewing areas, assistive listening devices, and accessible food stands.

Youth City will be closed from August 25–27. Entry to the event is prohibited with alcohol, glassware, sharp objects or dangerous items, any motorized vehicle including scooters and electric bicycles, animals except service animals, mats, chairs, or picnic tables. The public is also asked not to bring weapons to the event.
