Swing is back, and it’s a grand event! The Hermlin family from Berlin, together with a rhythm section, will present a vibrant and exciting concert. Once again, compositions by swing legends such as Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Duke Ellington, and Tommy Dorsey will resound from the stage, performed by the Hermlin family.

Rachel Hermlin, Andreas Hermlin, and David Hermlin are prominent figures in European swing culture, having devoted their careers to restoring and popularizing the classic sound of the golden age of swing in the 1930s and 1940s. For them, this is more than just a repertoire—it is a true creative calling. The authenticity of their names is confirmed by official concert programs.

Andreas Hermlin is a pianist and conductor who has dedicated many years to reproducing the authentic sound of the great swing orchestras. His original arrangements and masterful performance style revive the elegance and dynamism of that era on stage.

Performing alongside him are his children: Rachel Hermlin, a singer with unmatched stage charisma and a clear, expressive voice that unites classic and contemporary sounds; and David Hermlin, a drummer and singer whose charisma and skill bring rhythm, virtuosity, and the sincere joy of swing to the concert.
