Three Unemployed Circus Performers: A Last-Minute Show
Three unemployed circus performers attempt, against all odds, to put on a show from now until tonight! This performance cannot be taken as part of a subscription.
Three unemployed circus performers, who have long since ceased to hope for returning to the stage, reunite to revive their legendary circus act. The "Circ de Surba" circus had disbanded and not performed for a long time. When the awaited phone call finally comes—a client calls to book an urgent show for that very day—the circus manager cannot resist the temptation and gathers the trio. Together, they try, against all odds, to recreate the ultimate circus show in just one day.
After years without performing, they encounter significant obstacles: creative friction and the challenge of finding a shared language, technical hurdles, production troubles, a challenging relationship among them filled with past baggage, and the impossible demands of a client who keeps calling. Against all these challenges stands their strong desire to get on stage and perform, creating together an inspiring full show for the sake of art and love of the audience. Despite difficulties, arguments, past resentments, and troubles, throughout the performance the characters reveal that only through cooperation, teamwork, and good communication can they achieve their goal.
A minimalist text-free circus performance full of humor, combining clowning, acrobatics, and pure humanity. A family-friendly circus show, recommended for ages 4 and up.
