Yael Dushi and Augustina Morletto will perform vocal music from the Middle Ages (12th-13th centuries) - songs from across Europe, from controversial traditions of dance and procession customs in the church hall, hymns, songs of blessing for the new year, and new beginnings. Tom Ambash Klein will perform "Long Bows" - a solo cello piece that imagines the echo of the voice in the church space in a contemporary and meditative context. Klein is a composer and cellist, and his body of work includes compositions for ensembles, dance music, site-specific works, and improvisation.
