🎺 Hila Kulik Trio and “Concert for Three” — jazz at “Harmony”
🗓 October 21 | 🕑 19:30 | 📍 “Harmony” Cultural Center, 1 Koresh Street, Jerusalem
🎷 The jazz evening’s program is divided into two contrasting sections, showcasing different approaches to ensemble sound. The first part features a classic piano trio with a traditional rhythm section. In the second section, an improvisational project featuring Vyacheslav Ganelin—one of the pioneers of European free jazz and the avant-garde—will take the stage. The unconventional instrumentation, including keyboards, saxophone, and guitar, emphasizes complex polyphony, spontaneous compositional development, and moving beyond familiar harmonic forms.
