Boaz Sharabi takes the stage at the amphitheater of the Museum of Tolerance in Jerusalem for one special evening, accompanied by an expanded ensemble of musicians and performing all the hits that have become the soundtrack of our lives: “Latet,” “Im At Adayin Ohevet Oti,” “Lashir Itach,” “At Li Laila,” “Halevai,” “Haya Chazak Chaver,” “Kshe’at Nogaat Bi,” “Pamela,” “Chofshi Ume’ushar,” and many others, in his one-of-a-kind deep, soulful voice. An evening to listen, watch, and be moved beneath Jerusalem’s open skies.
Boaz Sharabi is one of Israel’s greatest singers, composers, and lyricists. His work has become an integral part of Hebrew music. During his career, he received the David’s Violin Award for Composer of the Year, an ACUM Lifetime Achievement Award, and an ACUM Award for Composition. He composed major songs for Israel’s leading singers, from Yaffa Yarkoni and Shoshana Damari to Ilan and Ilanit and Yardena Arazi. Nine albums and decades of music resonate in his voice.
