A family animated comedy telling the story of Mr. Fish, a young and grumpy fish, who meets Pip the seahorse. The two embark on a journey into the heart of the ocean in search of a mythical sea creature that will grant them a wish for a new home, while dealing with competitors. The film is dubbed in Hebrew by Daniel Cohen.

Mr. Fish, a young but grumpy and sour fish who does not know how to smile, lives on an abandoned wrecked ship. One day, he meets Pip, a young sea horse who mistakenly thinks his home is a junkyard. In a funny moment, the two accidentally destroy the house. But there is hope! Despite their rivalry, the two team up and embark on a journey through the heart of the ocean in search of the "Shimmer" — a mythical sea creature that will grant them a wish for a new home. However, there is just one problem: someone else is also chasing the "Shimmer," and the adventure becomes complicated.
