to a baby massage workshop and supportive discussion circle
For babies from birth through the pre-crawling stage
3 sessions for NIS 200
In the massage workshop: We will combine baby massage, understanding the baby’s body language, gentle movement, sound concentration, music, and activities with the little ones.
In the discussion circle: A warm and welcoming space where we will talk openly about everything—the fatigue, the new identity, the challenges, and the happiness.
Led by: Nili Mould Fortis, postpartum doula, developmental instructor, sleep consultant, and facilitator of mothers’ circles.
