Private Personal Kimono Sewing Workshop

Have you always dreamed of learning to sew? Designing your own clothes? This workshop is just for you! I invite you to learn with me how to sew a kimono from scratch, with no prior experience required.

A one-on-one workshop where we will learn the basics of sewing, and you will leave with a kimono that you sewed entirely yourself, during a 3-hour session.

What will we learn in the workshop?

• How to thread the sewing machine.
• How to cut fabric correctly.
• Which tools every beginning seamstress needs.
• How to use a pattern and alter it.
• Of course, a variety of different stitches and basic sewing techniques.

• A digital booklet to help you make another kimono entirely by yourself.

A little about me

My name is Eilat. I graduated from Bezalel’s Department of Fashion and Jewelry Design in 2020. Since then, I have established my business, Loose—a slow-fashion brand where I create natural clothing through custom production and personal orders, create wedding dresses and boho-style clothing for grooms, and teach sewing and fabric-crafting workshops.

I have been sewing for about 10 years and have extensive knowledge, with an emphasis on personal and pleasant attention. That is why I teach individual workshops and courses, as well as small, intimate group workshops.
