Ticket Cancellation Policy:
- In case of ticket cancellation more than 48 hours before the event, the ticket holder will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the ticket price.
- In case of cancellation up to 48 hours before the event, the ticket holder will be fully charged.
- Refund will be made only through the payment method used for the purchase.
Regulations:
- Every person entering the event, regardless of age, requires an entry ticket.
- No entry with strollers is allowed.
- No food and drink are allowed in the hall.
- Latecomers will be directed to sit in available seats.
