In the heart of Jerusalem live four children who are so different yet connected: Gingy, Moshik, Shagit, and Dana. When Moshik’s father, the director of the Israel Museum, is suspended from his position following the mysterious theft of an ancient medallion from 1,400 years ago, Gingy decides to form a secret group to solve the mystery of who the real thief is. Will the children be able to uncover the truth without getting into trouble along the way? Will they manage to bring back the lost medallion—and the hope? How is all this connected to a cat, an apple, and a green bag found in the building’s shelter?
The play "Gingy" is a captivating detective adventure full of imagination, suspense, laughter, and emotion—primarily a coming-of-age story about a child who discovers that true leadership is not about shouting, but about listening, and that a good leader is not someone who leads, but one who successfully connects. An immersive and meaningful theater experience based on a cultural classic of Israeli heritage.
