On stage: Four opera giants, four shades of female power, in four vocal recitals, each featuring Gil Shohat hosting one of the singers in a concert full of virtuosity: Mirela Gardiniano, Ira Bertman, Anat Czarny, Olga Senderskaya and, of course, Gil Shohat – creator, artistic director, conductor, lecturer, and pianist who captivates an entire nation with an unparalleled personal charm.
What awaits you in the series? Four concerts of operatic ecstasy - combining the greatest masterpieces ever written for the soprano voice. From Viennese classics to dramatic Russian romance, from Italian drama to German depth. Our magnificent repertoire includes the most beloved arias of all time:

Meeting 1: 11/11/26 18:00 First Concert: The Maestro Hosts the Diva Mirela Gardiniano
An international diva and one maestro on one stage: International soprano star Mirela Gardiniano joins Gil Shohat for a one-time operatic evening. The concert will feature emotional arias from some of the greatest operas in history, including "Aida," "La Traviata," and "La Bohème," alongside artistic songs by Strauss. Additionally, Gil Shohat will impress with a solo piano performance featuring selected movements from Mussorgsky's masterpiece "Pictures at an Exhibition." An immersive musical experience not to be missed.
Meeting 2: 27/12/26 18:00 Second Concert: The Maestro Hosts the Diva Anat Czarny
She has conquered every possible stage in Israel with her unique vocal color, magnetic stage presence, and exceptional charisma: The Israeli-French mezzo-soprano Anat Czarny arrives for an evening filled with French chic. The rich repertoire will range from the operatic classic "Carmen" to the timeless chansons of Edith Piaf. Complementing the piano, Gil Shohat will perform the colorful impressionistic piece "Engravings" by Claude Debussy. A delightful and romantic cultural celebration.
Meeting 3: 21/2/27 18:00 Third Concert: The Maestro Hosts the Diva Ira Bertman
The grand series is proud to present the return of the audience’s favorite, the wonderful soprano singer Ira Bertman (formerly a resident of Ma'ale Adumim), here to touch our hearts from heart to heart. The evening will center around dramatic and profound romances by Rachmaninoff and Tchaikovsky, alongside soulful Russian and Spanish folk songs. Also in the concert: Maestro Gil Shohat will perform a virtuoso solo performance of the mesmerizing poem "Towards the Flame" by Scriabin. An evening of passion, longing, and pure melody.
Meeting 4: 4/4/27 18:00 Fourth Concert: The Maestro Hosts the Diva Olga Senderskaya
After performing on major stages worldwide with the most demanding and dramatic soprano roles – including "Tosca" and "Turandot" – diva Olga Senderskaya arrives for a summit meeting with Gil Shohat. Together they will perform the grand and beloved arias by Puccini and Leoncavallo, alongside a refreshing surprise: well-known Israeli and international songs in arrangements and a show with a free and sweeping jazz atmosphere. The maestro will conclude the evening with a solo piano performance of Chopin’s marvelous first ballad.
