Omer loves to sing more than anything. At his family falafel stand "Beni and Sons," he sings, juggles falafel balls, and brings joy to the customers. However, in his heart, he dreams of performing on a truly large stage. When he hears about the auditions for the "City Youth" band, he feels it's the opportunity he's been waiting for and that his dream is closer than ever. But reality and dreams are separate things. The fear of missing the opportunity and the strong desire to succeed lead him to hide a significant detail about his identity, throwing him into a spiral of wrong decisions that complicates his life and hurts the people he cares about most.
The play deals with the conflict between realizing a personal dream and family responsibility and poses the question - what is true success? Through music, mistakes, and love, Omer learns that true talent begins with honesty and that together, any obstacle can be overcome.
