Beyond being one of the pillars of Middle Eastern music in Israel, Kala collaborated with the greatest and the best, released dozens of albums, and gifted us with a long and beloved list of unforgettable classics. Through an amazing career spanning decades, Kala carved out an almost mythical status in Israeli music. As a true symbol of the city of Jerusalem and a recipient of the Yakir Ha'Ir Award, and as one who best epitomizes for us the beautiful potential of creation emanating from it, we are excited about the opportunity to host this living legend for a series of concerts that melodically connects Kurdistan, Turkey, Greece, and Israel.
