Ahuva Ozeri – Israel’s Soul Singer

Ahuva Ozeri’s music echoes and rings in the hearts of all who love her.
Even during her lifetime, Ahuva’s voice was a wandering voice that found a home in the voices of many singers.
A strong and courageous creator, writer, composer, teacher, and groundbreaking performer.

Joy and sorrow are interwoven in the story of her life, shaping her personality and musical imprint.
Her work remained within neither the boundaries of “Mizrahi music” nor the collaborations she had with many artists from different styles, for whom she wrote and composed—
all of which contributed to making her an Israeli icon.
