**Ticket Cancellation Policy:**
- In case of ticket cancellation more than 48 hours before the show, the ticket holder will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the ticket price.
- In case of cancellation within 48 hours, the ticket holder will be fully charged.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method only.

- Every individual entering the show, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
- Strollers are not allowed in the hall.
- No food or beverages are permitted.
- Latecomers will be directed to available seats.
