Come celebrate the Harvest Festival in the clear air of the north, with spectacular views, the first autumn colors, fascinating hikes, and a special family experience.

Vacation Program

Friday | 25.9.26

15:00 – We will meet in Metula and open the weekend at Mount Tsfiya – Dado Lookout, for a spectacular view of Metula and the Upper Galilee. From there, we will set out on a tour of Israel’s northernmost colony, hear about its unique history and importance over the years, and enjoy the blooming sea squills that herald the arrival of autumn.

We will then continue to a tour of Rajar Village – a unique and intriguing village combining history, culture, and fascinating stories amid the northern landscape.

18:00 – Arrival at Hermon Field School, room allocation, and settling in.

19:00 – Festive dinner in the sukkah.

20:30 – An interactive quiz for the whole family – an enjoyable and experiential evening in the spirit of Sukkot. Together, we will test how well you know the north, nature, and the stories of the region, with plenty of smiles and surprises.

Saturday | 26.9.26

08:00 – Breakfast

09:00 – Check-out and vacating the rooms, followed by a fall-colors hike in the northern Golan – Tel Katz'aa and Mount Keramim. We will enjoy the first autumn colors, the cool air, and the spectacular views that make this season especially magical.

12:00 – We will conclude the weekend with a visit to the Druze market at Birkat Ram – time to stroll among the stalls, taste the local delicacies, learn about Druze culture, and enjoy the unique holiday atmosphere of the north.

The hosting includes half-board accommodation and, of course, high-quality professional guidance based on intimate familiarity with the nature of the area.
