Guided tour of the National Archaeology Campus in Jerusalem, including mosaics and an exhibition on antiquities looting. Held daily and lasting about an hour.
“‘Tasting’ Tour”
A tour of one of the impressive buildings recently constructed in Jerusalem, where we will learn about the story of magnificent ancient mosaic floors, be exposed to remarkable finds, and discover surprising things about the finds’ conservation laboratories.
The tour includes a visit to the new exhibition “Criminal Past” — Antiquities Robbery in Israel and the Fight Against It.
The tour lasts approximately one hour.
Suitable for ages 8 and up.
Participation fee: 37 NIS
Senior citizens / students / soldiers / children / holders of a disability certificate — 27 NIS
The tour takes place daily, in a group and with a guide.
Visiting the National Archaeological Campus of the Land of Israel is conditional on being accompanied by a guide and is permitted only in areas designated for visitors. Entering other parts of the building without a guide is prohibited.
Photography is permitted for personal use only. Photography for commercial purposes or publication is prohibited without prior written authorization from the Israel Antiquities Authority spokesperson.
