Ticket Cancellation Policy:
- If a ticket is cancelled more than 48 hours before the show, the ticket holder will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the ticket price.
- If a ticket is cancelled within 48 hours, the ticket holder will be charged in full.
- Financial refunds will be processed only via the original payment method used.
Regulations:
- Every person entering the show, regardless of age, is required to have an entry ticket.
- No strollers allowed inside the hall.
- No bringing drinks or food.
- Latecomers will be directed to sit in available seats.
