So, what is "Amit Laderech" and who is it suitable for? "Amit Laderech" is a yearly mentoring program for men and women who have completed their full military service. At the start of each year, we launch a new group of young men and women who want to be part of a program that will take them a step forward - in personal, educational, professional areas, or any other field you choose.
What do you get in the program?
- Personal guidance from an experienced mentor from the "Amit Laderech" community, tailored to your needs.
- Development of a personal plan, setting goals, and ways to achieve them.
- Developing practical skills for civilian life.
- Group meetings, including professional workshops and training in topics like economics, realizing rights, employment, and more.
- All of this is free!
*Participation requires a suitability interview for the program. Selections will take place during July-August.
*The program includes a weekly face-to-face meeting with a mentor and a monthly group meeting – full attendance is required.
