The extraordinary guitarist and arranger Amos Hadani leads an outstanding international ensemble. The word 'virtuosos' is an understatement to describe their playing and artistic vision, which is evident in every note they play. Together, they will give contemporary and emotional jazz interpretations to the songs of The Beatles' legendary album. Do not miss this unique experience!
**Abbey Road** is primarily associated with the iconic studio album by The Beatles from 1969, the historic recording studios where it was created, and the famous crosswalk in London featured on its cover. It is the band's 11th studio album (the last they recorded together as a group) and is considered by many as one of the greatest masterpieces in the history of music.
The album includes timeless songs such as "Here Comes the Sun," "Come Together," "Something," and "Oh! Darling". The album wasn't just a collection of songs but a technological and artistic breakthrough that changed the way music albums are produced today. Extensive use was made of synthesizers; it was recorded on an 8-track recording machine (instead of 4 tracks previously), giving the album's songs a much richer, clearer, "warmer," and cleaner sound. This set a new production standard for the entire music industry.
The second side of the album includes "The Medley" - a sequence of short songs and fragmented ideas into a continuous and epic creation of nearly 16 minutes, directly inspiring the progressive rock genre and groundbreaking vocal production in the song "Because."
The crosswalk and the street shown in the cover photo, depicting the four band members crossing the "zebra" crosswalk just outside the studios, became one of the most famous and replicated photos in history. Today, the site is a pilgrimage destination for fans worldwide, who often block traffic to recreate the image. Following the album's success, Abbey Road Studios were declared a heritage site and a preservation building.
**Amos Hadani** is a guitarist, composer, arranger, and music producer, a graduate of the Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA. Amos has had a long-standing career in jazz, Israeli music, and instrumental music. He works as a guitarist, composer, and arranger, performing in Israel and abroad. Over the years, he has released 13 albums featuring original works alongside instrumental arrangements of well-known Israeli songs and international standards, blending Hebrew song tradition with jazz and international music. He composed music for documentary and feature films. He is one of the prominent activists in promoting jazz and instrumental music in Israel and has been part of the teaching staff at the Rimon School for many years.
Amos is a leading figure in the guitar and jazz field in Israel with decades of experience in performances, recordings, composing, and musical arrangement. He has worked with Yossi Banai, Shlomo Artzi, Arik Einstein, Gidi Gov, Shem Tov Levi, Shlomo Yidov, Riki Gal, Mira Awad, Yehudit Ravitz, Vered Klepter, Hillel Yuval, Adi Ranert, Alon Nadel, Oren Balaban, and Mark Rosen. He led the virtual project The Isolation Band, which operated and gained great success during the COVID period.
