A night of philosophy and literature on values, on shared life in Israel, the Middle East, Europe, and the world. The event will address questions of post-war rehabilitation and social, economic, and political tensions, and how to move forward towards a shared future.
After more than two years characterized by war, unprecedented social, economic, political, and religious tensions, it's time to think about rebuilding. Where should we begin? How do we relate to past experiences and legacies? How do we rise from pain, trauma, and the loss of lives? How to address the demands of very diverse groups without discriminating or favoring any of them? How to create sustainable bridges between the past and the future?
The tenth edition of the Night of Philosophy in Tel Aviv will address these questions, responding to current urgent challenges and requiring essential clarification regarding the future of living together in Israel, the Middle East, Europe, and the wider world.
