- Guided tour on the Path of the Wine Presses: We will embark on a light and fascinating journey following the golden age of Byzantine wine. Discover how the Nabataeans and Byzantines transformed the arid desert into a thriving wine empire. Learn about sophisticated terrace agriculture, get to know the local heritage varieties, and uncover how exquisite wine traveled from the heart of the Israeli Negev directly to the tables of kings in palaces and churches in distant Italy and Spain.
- Live musical performance under the open sky: Live sounds that will perfectly blend with the silence of the desert and the natural backdrop of the ancient settlement.
- Wine while watching the sunset: We will close the day with a glass of fine wine in hand, facing a breathtaking primeval view.
