Developmental guidance workshops intended for mothers, fathers, and infants according to developmental stages. Each session lasts 45 minutes and takes place in small groups. The focus includes initial bonding outside the womb, strengthening movements, and preparing motor skills for the next stages.
### Schedule of Workshops
**11:30-12:15 - Newborn Workshop (Birth to 3 months):**
Focus on the initial connection formed outside the womb through touch, sound, and movement. Practice positions that provide a sense of security and regulation, improve tummy time, head lifting, hands positioning at the midline, and exposure to textures.
**12:30-13:15 - Rolling Workshop (3–6 months):**
Develop the stage of organized rolling from back to belly and belly to back, strengthen the shoulder girdle, enable crossing of the midline, create communication games, practice symmetrical movement, and focus on movement readiness for the next stage.
**13:30-14:15 - Crawling Workshop (6–8 months):**
Focus on belly crawling and crawling on all fours, the emergence of the sitting stage, practice free movement, strengthen the shoulder girdle, weight transfer, and movement separation.
