Shlomit Erez Armon is a fintech entrepreneur and the founder of Blink – an investment application born out of the belief that the investment world should not be complex, expensive, or reserved for a few. Blink is the second fintech company she founded. Previously, she founded and served as CEO of Finq, an AI-based investment platform, and before her entrepreneurial ventures, she was the Deputy CEO at Excellence Trade Investment House, after many years in senior management roles in the capital market. Throughout the years, Shlomit met thousands of people who wanted to start investing but felt that the investment world was not built for them. From this perspective grew her mission – to make the capital market simple, accessible, and clear for everyone, and to promote financial independence and financial literacy, with a special emphasis on women's empowerment, personal expression, and career development.
