**Film Synopsis:**
With his wife in advanced pregnancy, rising rent, zero savings, and dozens of scripts in the drawer, Yermi starts to worry. In a casual conversation with his father, it becomes clear that he indeed has a promising inheritance: a dunam and a half purchased before the establishment of the state by his great-grandmother. The problem: the land is located in the West Bank, and a settler vineyard occupies it. Armed with a camera, a map from the Mandate period, and his father, Yermi decides to do everything to reclaim his inheritance. What begins as a mission to find a reasonable housing solution for the growing family turns into a comedic-activist journey, during which one or two Pandora's boxes are opened.
