**Parents and Children in the Kitchen – Cooking, Experience, and Quality Time Together**
In an experiential workshop for parents and children, we will discover how the kitchen can become a space for learning, doing, and shared quality time.
During the session:
- Instructions for parents on how to involve children in the kitchen while the children try their hand at making a special dough.
- Joint preparation of simple and tasty dishes while getting to know and using various kitchen tools, such as a rolling pin, grater, peeler, whisk, and child-friendly knives.
- Some dishes will be prepared in advance to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience.
- We will end with a family picnic featuring all the treats we prepared together.
The workshop is intended for children aged 3-5 accompanied by a parent.
Come to knead, chop, mix, taste, and mostly enjoy shared quality time in the kitchen.
Led by Adi Efrati-Rasooli ("The Recipe House"), a clinical nutritionist for infants and toddlers.
