Yeshiv Cohen - a musician, lecturer, artistic director of the "Soundtrack Tel Aviv" festival at the Tel Aviv Cinematheque, and founder of "The Department of Music History" - an independent project of lectures on music and culture (by various lecturers) founded in Tel Aviv in 2003.
